Ideation
My team and I used Figjam to come up with ideas for the challenge

Proto-personas
My team created 2 proto-personas. We had to create proto-personas as we didn't have enough time in the 48 hours to compile enough research to create a persona from actual data. Below we have our first proto-persona Emily Jones, a 28-year-old female, and Alex, a 40-year-old male.

Competitive Analysis
My team compared 5 different mental health apps: Finch, Happify, Wysa, Stoic, and My Possible Self. We saw which aspects we liked from each app and included them in our ideation board and wireframing.

Survey
My team conducted 2 poll surveys on Instagram to see how folks may feel either talking or texting to an AI bot

Branding
Below is our color scheme, typography, logo, and buttons. We chose to have neutral-toned blues, greens, and grays to not overwhelm the user and make them accessible. For the typography, our team decided to choose Quicksand as our typeface for headings and Lato as our secondary typeface. We decided to make a cal that appears at ease as our logo, however, once the user creates their own pet therapist, when they receive notifications, it will be that of their own pet therapist.
